Payment

Presently all payments are made by debit or credit card during the telephone ordering process. To reduce fraud, security checks may be carried out and you can be assured your card details are safe, no records whatsoever are kept.

A paper copy of the card transaction will be attached to your delivery note. Viessmann Spares Direct is committed to reducing waste and in line with this policy invoices (paid) are preferred to be sent via eMail.
